unless stated otherwise, be dealt with by our bonded Travel Partners, who act as an agent for various airline and holiday operators and
all travel contracts will be between you and the operator of such flights or
holidays. Special terms and conditions will apply to your Requests and
additional rules or restrictions may apply to a fare, product or service
selected by you. Please contact the appropriate operator of your flight or
holiday for details of such terms, rules and restrictions.
Where indicated on our site, we may refer your Requests to an operator of
flights or holidays directly. We cannot, however, be responsible for services offered to you through us as agents for those third parties. Sending in a Request is not a contract to
purchase a holiday. Bookings are only valid once confirmed by either our Travel Partner
or the operator of the flight or holiday.
Please note when booking a flight or holiday that:
Air fares are not guaranteed until tickets are confirmed and purchased.
All fares, flight and holiday details are subject to change in accordance
with the terms and conditions of the relevant operator of your flight or

Purchase of an airline ticket does not guarantee you a seat on a

It is your own responsibility to ensure that you can comply with any
passport, visa or inoculation requirements
We cannot be responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates where you

Neither we, nor our Travel Partners nor any other third party provider of flights
or holidays accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss of any
kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of

failure to access or delay in accessing this Site or

performance or non-performance of any services by us or by our travel Partners or
